2. User portrait

3. Competitive analysis
Competitive product analysis is to improve yourself by understanding your opponents. There are two purposes. One is to learn from what others have done well.

4. Product positioning
There are four major elements of product positioning:
Target users;
products and services offered;
What problems did the target users solve/what needs did they meet;
What is the difference/unique selling point from the competition.
